MAKING A PURCHASE
When you make a purchase through the Sweet Tooth Bakery website, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
PLACING AN ORDER
The Website contains an instructive guide that will walk you through the process of placing an order. You place your order for any selected items by clicking the Complete Order button at the end of the online order process. No account or login is required you can order as a guest.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order and the value of your order that will be debited from your payment card.
Please note that while the Website lists only available Product, there may be occasions, due to circumstances beyond Sweet Tooth Bakery's control, where the Product is not available. In this case a latest delivery, where applicable, will be communicated to you, or an immediate refund of any unavailable products will be made.
Unless otherwise notified, Sweet Tooth Bakery's acceptance of your order occurs when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched the Product(s) as ordered by you and noted on that communication. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred at the sending of this communication, regardless of technical problems you may experience where the reasons are outside Sweet Tooth Bakery's control, which may result in you not receiving that email in a timely manner.

Sweet Tooth Bakery may not accept your order if:
- An item you have ordered is out of stock.
- We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

PAYMENT
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order from the Sweet Tooth Bakery website.
You confirm that the payment card being used is yours, or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the payment card to use it. All payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, Sweet Tooth Bakery will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before delivery/collection:
- For regular cakes: 24 hours (by noon, 12 pm)
- For customized and tier cakes: 48 hours (by noon, 12 pm)
Any changes or cancellations will need to be confirmed by email to sweettoothbakery.ksa@gmail.com. If not, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any requests for changes or offer refunds.
PASSING OF PROPERTY AND RISK
Sweet Tooth Bakery retains legal ownership of the Product(s) until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the Product(s) will immediately revert to Sweet Tooth Bakery if payment is refunded to you.
Risk on the Product(s) will pass to you upon delivery.

DISPUTES
