Some items may be available for same-day delivery/collection if the order is placed before 12pm. If not, the order will be ready the next day.
Changes and Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before delivery/collection:
- For regular cakes: 24 hours (by noon, 12 pm)
- For customized and tier cakes: 48 hours (by noon, 12 pm)
Any changes or cancellations will need to be confirmed by email to sweettoothbakery.ksa@gmail.com. If not, unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any requests for changes or offer refunds.
Return and Refund Policy: Sweet Tooth Bakery may choose not to process or cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when a product is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances. Sweet Tooth Bakery also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. Sweet Tooth Bakery will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel. Once the refund is approved, depending on the bank, it will take 5-15 days to appear in your bank account.
Fees and Services: Sweet Tooth Bakery's responsibility ends the minute you receive your purchase. In case of trading or returning any purchases, please contact our customer service. Credit card payment is available through PayTabs and PayFort payment providers.
